At Bad Batch, we stand by our quality, but if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.
Drop Off
Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of generating your label.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
